What You’ll Learn
During the PADI Assistant Instructor course, you will develop the ability to:

Present knowledge development is a segment in the classroom.

Demonstrate and evaluate confined water skills.

Assist student divers during both confined and open water training.

Conduct certain PADI programs independently, such as the PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy specialty and Discover Scuba Diving (under supervision).

Prepare for the Instructor Development Course (IDC) and your future career as a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor.
Prerequisites

PADI Divemaster (or equivalent).

At least 18 years old.

Minimum 60 logged dives.

Current medical certificate (signed by a physician within the last 12 months).
