Course Structure & Content
As part of the IDC Staff Instructor Course, you will:

Review the Instructor Development process in depth.

Learn to deliver and evaluate IDC presentations.

Practice assessing knowledge development, confined-water, and open-water sessions.

Assist Alain directly during an IDC, acting as a mentor for candidates.

Gain experience in course organization, candidate support, and evaluation techniques.
Upon completion, you will be qualified to:

Prerequisites
To enroll, you must:

Be a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT).

Be an EFR Instructor.

Have a current medical certificate.
